VITALINK is provided by Atenea Labs OÜ, registry code 16668881, VAT EE102677991, Sakala tn 7-2, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10141 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. By using VITALINK, including VITALINK for ChatGPT, you accept these terms.
2. What VITALINK is
VITALINK is a free directory of health professionals. It helps you find professionals by profession, specialty, service and place, and shows facts from their public listings.
3. No medical advice
VITALINK does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions and does not replace a consultation with a qualified professional. Choosing a professional is your decision. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
4. Listings and prices
Listing facts come from publicly available sources and may be incomplete or out of date; each listing shows when it was last updated. Prices are those shown on the professional’s public listing, are not quotes or offers, and must be confirmed with the professional. Professionals are independent: VITALINK is not a party to any appointment, treatment or payment between you and a professional.
5. Ordering of results
Results are ordered by how well listing facts match your request. No one can pay to change the order, and VITALINK for ChatGPT shows no ads or sponsored results.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape or bulk-copy the directory, overload or attack the service, try to bypass its protections, harass professionals, or submit other people’s health details.
7. Intellectual property
The VITALINK service, its software, database and brand belong to Atenea Labs OÜ. You may use results for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep VITALINK accurate and available, but provide it “as is” and may change or suspend it. To the extent permitted by law, Atenea Labs OÜ is not liable for decisions made on the basis of listing information or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the new date is shown at the top. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are heard by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, without prejudice to the protection that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.
